🚨 Skyways Air Services is preparing to revive its IPO plans after putting the listing on hold amid the West Asia crisis. Chairman and MD Yashpal Sharma said ₹216 crore from the IPO proceeds will be used to reduce debt, while ₹130 crore will support working capital.

The air cargo forwarder, which gets 77% of its revenue from air freight, says its diversified carrier network helped it navigate disruptions in the Middle East while keeping business volumes intact.
