Board clears increase in IIBH stake

Separately, BSE's board approved the acquisition of additional equity shares in India International Bullion Holding IFSC Ltd. from its subsidiaries, India International Exchange (IFSC) Ltd. and India International Clearing Corporation (IFSC) Ltd.

The exchange said the acquisition is in addition to the 3.33% stake it had acquired earlier and is aimed at consolidating the shareholding directly under BSE instead of its subsidiaries. Following the transaction, BSE's direct stake in IIBH will increase to 20%, and the bullion exchange holding company will become a direct associate of BSE.

"The present acquisition is in addition to the 3.33% equity stake acquired by the Company, as intimated to the Stock Exchange on July 31, 2026, and is intended to consolidate the shareholding in IIBH directly in BSE Limited, instead of such shareholding being held by its subsidiaries," the company said in its filing.

Statutory auditor appointment approved

The board also approved the appointment of KKC & Associates LLP as the statutory auditors of the company for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 22nd Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 27th AGM, subject to shareholders' approval.

BSE continues to benefit from sustained participation in India's capital markets. According to the company's investor presentation, consolidated revenue for the quarter stood at ₹1,706.8 crore, while consolidated net margin was 51%.
