Actor Kriti Sanon, along with her sister Nupur Sanon and mother Geeta Sanon, has sold four residential apartments in Mumbai's Andheri West for a combined ₹8.9 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards through the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR). All four transactions were registered in April 2026.
The properties are located in Raheja Classique, a residential project in Andheri West, one of Mumbai's most sought-after real estate markets. The locality continues to attract homebuyers and investors due to its strong connectivity through the Western Express Highway, Link Road, suburban railway network and Mumbai Metro, along with its proximity to major commercial hubs such as SEEPZ, MIDC, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) and Film City.
According to the registration documents, two apartments in Raheja Classique were sold for ₹3.23 crore each. Both units have a built-up area of 60.78 square metres (654.23 sq. ft) and a carpet area of 50.63 square metres (545 sq. ft), along with one car parking space each. Stamp duty of ₹19.41 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000 were paid for each transaction.
The family also sold two smaller units in the same project for ₹1.21 crore each. These apartments have a built-up area of 22.86 square metres (246.06 sq. ft) and a carpet area of 19.05 square metres (205 sq. ft). Each transaction attracted stamp duty of ₹7.29 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.
Property records show that Geeta Sanon had purchased two of the units in July 2013 for a combined ₹1.40 crore while Kriti and Nupur Sanon acquired the remaining two apartments in June 2017 for a combined ₹2.90 crore. The family's total acquisition cost stood at approximately ₹4.31 crore.
With the latest transactions valued at ₹8.9 crore, the Sanon family has realised an appreciation of about ₹4.6 crore on the investment, translating into a gain of nearly 107% over a holding period ranging from nine to 13 years.
The buyers of the four apartments include casting director and filmmaker Mukesh Chhabra, according to the property registration documents.
