Leading luxury real estate developer M3M India has announced the launch of Jacob & Co. Residences, Noida, which is India’s first residential development under the Jacob & Co. brand. The project boasts a total investment of ₹2100 crore, and is expected to generate a topline of around ₹3,500 crore. It is spread across six acres in Noida’s central business district.

The development is expected to generate a topline of ₹3500 crore, reinforcing its premium positioning and scale. "With seamless connectivity to Delhi, Noida’s business district, and the upcoming Jewar Airport, the residences are designed for homebuyers seeking a truly global lifestyle," says M3M. M3M India is one of the biggest real estate companies in Delhi-NCR, and has a portfolio of 57 projects.

Key features of the premium luxury project

The project will feature 3 BHK, 4 BHK, and 5 BHK luxury premium residences priced between the range of ₹14 crore to ₹25 crore, setting a new price of luxury living in Noida at ₹35,000 psft. With this project, M3M aims to offer lifestyle and amenities on par with those being offered in Hong Kong, London, or Dubai here in Noida, the company claims.

To be completed within 3 years, the project will deliver 150 residences in Phase 1, while around 100 ultra-luxury serviced residences will be handed over in Phase II. "Beyond the architecture, the interiors will embody the maison’s distinctive design signature—from chandeliers and lighting to bespoke finishes and detailing—ensuring that every element reflects the unmistakable Jacob & Co. imprint," says M3M.

Notably, the company says as part of this tie-up, each residence will include a limited-edition Jacob & Co. timepiece, which is expected to elevate the ownership experience. Jacob & Co is admired for its bold design language, horological innovation, and presence in the worlds of couture and celebrity, with its patrons among global icons like Cristiano Ronaldo, Jay-Z, and Salman Khan.

The collaboration brings together M3M India's market knowledge and executional excellence and Jacob & Co's global design innovation experience from their residences in Dubai/Ras Al Khaimah.
