Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd on Thursday said its Finland-based group firm Holiday Club Resorts Oy has acquired a 100% stake in Finland-based Keskinainen kiinteisto Oy Salla Star (KKOSS) for Rs 2.35 crore.
"Consequent to the completion of the aforesaid transaction, KKOSS has become a wholly owned subsidiary of HCR (Holiday Club Resorts Oy), Covington, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts and that of the Company effective from today, i.e. July 03, 2025," Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India says in an exchange filing.
KKOSS is primarily in the business of owning and managing the property located in Block 26 in the village of Markajarvi, in the municipality of Salla, Finland. The total turnover of KKOSS for the year ended December 31, 2024, stood at Rs 5,13,644, while its networth was Rs 2,37,441, the statement says.
HCR has been leasing the premises of the building managed by KKOSS, and as part of the agreement executed in the year 2012, HCR has to now acquire the entire shares of KKOSS, the statement said.
