Samsung Electronics has unveiled what it claims is the world’s first 130-inch micro RGB (which stands for Red, Green, Blue) television, expanding its ultra-premium display portfolio at Consumer Electronic Show (CES) 2026 in Las Vegas. The new model, R95H, is the largest micro RGB TV introduced by the company so far and signals a renewed focus on large-format, high-end home displays.
The South Korean major claimed that the 130-inch micro RGB TV uses individually controlled red, green and blue micro-sized LEDs, eliminating the need for colour filters. According to Samsung, this allows for more accurate colour reproduction and improved contrast control compared with conventional LED and OLED panels.
According to the company, the television covers 100% of the BT.2020 colour gamut and has been certified by Germany’s Verband der Elektrotechnik (VDE) for colour accuracy. It is powered by Samsung’s micro RGB AI Engine Pro, which uses artificial intelligence to optimise colour tones, brightness and contrast across different types of content, revealed the company.

The TV also includes micro RGB HDR Pro for enhanced dynamic range and Samsung’s Glare Free technology to reduce reflections under varying lighting conditions.
In terms of design, the 130-inch display features a minimal frame inspired by Samsung’s earlier “Timeless Gallery” concept, positioning the TV as a wall-mounted installation rather than a conventional screen. Audio components are integrated into the frame to align sound output with the screen’s size, the company stated in its release.
Samsung has not disclosed pricing or availability details for the 130-inch micro RGB TV. The product is currently on display at Samsung’s exhibition area during CES 2026.
At the same event, Samsung also shared details of its broader artificial intelligence roadmap, outlining how AI is being positioned as a common layer across its consumer electronics business. Addressing media and industry attendees in Las Vegas, Samsung Electronics CEO TM Roh stated the company is moving towards deeper integration of AI across devices, rather than treating it as a standalone feature.
According to the company, the strategy focuses on connecting smartphones, televisions, home appliances and services through a unified software and data framework. According to the company, this is aimed at enabling devices to respond more intuitively to user behaviour and everyday usage patterns.
