After receiving RERA approval a month ago, emerging luxury developer Trinity has started construction of its ultra-luxury residential project, Sky Palazzo Residences. With an investment of Rs 1,200 crore, the Trinity project will generate over 5,000 jobs directly as well as through support partners.

The project, which features a man-made beach at the heart of the development, is expected to be completed by 2029. Located on the Dwarka Expressway, the project spans around 11 acres across all phases and includes North India’s first man-made beach residences.

Phase 1 comprises 345 residences (3 & 4BHK), each featuring a four-sided open design, double-height deck, private lift lobby, and 3.65-meter floor-to-ceiling height. The development includes a 1.5 lakh sq ft clubhouse and amenities.

Avinash Nagpal, senior vice president projects, Trinity, said, “Construction has commenced rapidly. Excavation was completed within one month of RERA approval, and piling is underway. We are onboarding our construction partner soon.”

He said the company will bring beach living to North India with this investment. "Its location at the junction of NH 352W and Upper Dwarka Expressway ensures connectivity, just 400m from the main Dwarka Expressway and 1km from the upcoming Global City,” he said.

Trinity says it is collaborating with global brands for the clubhouse and lobbies and will work with an A-grade or A+ grade construction partner.

According to PropEquity, the Gurugram housing market experienced strong demand for luxury housing units in 2024, where the sales rose by 66% to around Rs 1.07 lakh crore. In Delhi-NCR, the sales value of residential units rose by 63% to 1,53,000 units from 94,143 units. As per the data, Gurugram’s housing sales rose from 64,314 units to 1,06,739 units in 2023.

In the first quarter of 2025, Delhi-NCR saw a 20% decline in sales from around 15,650 units in Q1 2024 to around 12,520 units in Q1 2025, as per the ANAROCK data. However, NCR and Bengaluru recorded the highest annual price jump of over 34% and 20%, respectively.
