Trump Organization debuts India's commercial real estate with Pune project

Mumbai-based Tribeca Developers and Pune-based Kundan Spaces have announced the launch of the Trump World Center in Pune’s Koregaon Park. This marks The Trump Organization’s first commercial real estate project in India, adding to its portfolio of residential properties in the country.
The 4.3-acre development on North Main Road is expected to generate sales exceeding Rs 2,500 crore, highlighting Pune’s growing status as a business hub. Trump World Center Pune will cover 1.6 million square feet, comprising two towers with over 27 floors of office space. One tower will offer for-sale strata offices, while the other will provide larger leasable offices. The project includes amenities such as creches, salons, auditoriums, gyms, sports facilities, spas, restaurants, and a luxury retail boulevard. India’s first Trump Club will also be part of the development, offering an exclusive business and networking space.
Kalpesh Mehta, Founder of Tribeca Developers, described the project as a milestone for the company and the commercial real estate sector in India. He said the development blends the Trump brand’s reputation with Pune’s emergence as a global business hub. "After nearly a decade of shaping India into the Trump brand’s largest market outside the U.S., I’m proud to unveil this first-of-its-kind office project and thrilled to be collaborating with the Trump Organization and Kundan Spaces on it. It’s not merely a building; it’s a legacy in the making.”
