C&R Textiles, Perfectpack, SABS Exports and 2 other firms propose ₹469 crore investment in YEIDA, aim to create 4,625 jobs

Five companies, including C&R Textiles, Perfectpack and SABS Exports International, have proposed investments totalling ₹469 crore in projects in the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) region, with the projects expected to create 4,625 employment opportunities.
The letters of allotment were presented to representatives of the five companies by Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah during the inauguration of the fourth edition of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) in Greater Noida on Saturday.
The five projects together will cover 71,190 square metres in the YEIDA region. C&R Textiles, Perfectpack, SABS Exports International, Simplast India and Sahu Exports are the companies behind the proposed projects.
“A significant step was taken to translate industrial investment into on-ground projects in the state at the inauguration of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show 2026. Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah, along with the inauguration of UPITS, presented Letters of Allotment to representatives of five companies investing in the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) region,” according to an official statement issued by the state government.
“A total area of 71,190 square meters has been allotted for these five projects. The companies have proposed a total investment of Rs. 469 crore in these projects, with 4,625 employment opportunities,” the release noted.
Five companies commit ₹469 crore investment
C&R Textiles has proposed an investment of ₹104 crore for a project spread across 16,000 square metres, with the project expected to create 2,000 jobs. Managing Director Chhatrapati Ranjit Rai received the Letter of Allotment on behalf of the company.
Perfectpack has proposed ₹125 crore for a 16,200-square-metre project, with 700 employment opportunities expected to be generated. Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Rajgarhia represented the company.
SABS Exports International has proposed an investment of ₹87 crore across 16,180 square metres, with the project expected to create 475 jobs. Director Chetan Sabharwal received the Letter of Allotment.
Simplast India has proposed ₹78 crore for a 12,000-square-metre project, with 300 jobs expected to be created. Director Gaurav Chugh received the letter.
Sahu Exports has proposed ₹75 crore for a project spread across 10,810 square metres, with the investment expected to generate 1,150 employment opportunities. Director Sanjeev Sahu received the Letter of Allotment.
