While we deeply regret the inconvenience caused, there’s no cause for undue concern,” HDFC Bank tweeted on Monday.
Customers complained that the disruption in services at the beginning of the month is a huge inconvenience to those who want to pay bills online and transfer funds to dependents. Some customers reported that they were instructed to change their net banking PIN.
Since Monday morning, customers have been trying to log on to the website in vain. Thank you for your cooperation" has been the standard message on the web page since Monday. Fortune India reporters, who tried to log in to HDFC Bank's net banking platform at 14:10 on Tuesday, got the same message.
