Noel, who currently helms the Trent and Tata Investment Corporation as the chairman, was inducted as a board member of Tata Medical Centre Trust in 2019. However, in 2022, he was inducted as a trustee of Sir Dorabji Tata Trust. Noel is also currently working as the managing director of Tata International and as the vice-chairman of Titan Company. He is the son of Naval Tata and his second wife Simone Tata, who founded Trent in 2006.
The three children of Noel have been already working with various companies of Tata Group, prior to their induction as board members. Unlike the next generation of rival companies, their presence in the group has been kept under wraps for a while. However, according to the information available in the public domain, the 37-year-old Leah, who is Noel’s eldest child, is an alumna of Jai Hind College in Mumbai and IE Business School in Madrid. She is currently working as part of the Indian Hotel Company, which operates and manages the Tata Group of hotels, since 2007.
Leah’s sister, the 34-year-old Maya is an alumna of the University of Warwick and Bayes Business School. She currently works with Tata Digital after a stint with Tata Capital. The 30-year-old Neville Tata, is an alumnus of Bayes Business School and currently works as part of Trent, and manages operations of the fashion retail brand Zudio stores.
