Otis India doubled orders in last 3 years

Otis Worldwide Corporation plans to ramp up its elevator and escalator business in India with new products and technologies, while its sales in China stagnate. The company’s revenues from India grew by a CAGR of 12.5% over the last 3 years, and posted a turnover of ₹2,405 crore in March 2023. New equipment orders doubled in the last two years. Judy Marks, chair, president & CEO, Otis Worldwide Corporation, expects the elevator market in India to grow in line with the country’s GDP.
