Preeti Bajaj is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Luminous Power Technologies, a leading Indian energy solutions company. She assumed this role on July 1, 2022, succeeding Vipul Sabharwal. Prior to joining Luminous, Bajaj served as CEO and MD for Modis Australia under the Adecco Group and was the founding CEO of Clipsal Solar, a venture of Schneider Electric Pacific. She holds an MBA from Swinburne University and a Master's in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, both in Australia. Bajaj is committed to diversity and actively supports emerging leaders through advisory roles, including with Chief Executive Women. ​
