The development comes months after Koladiya’s departure from BharatPe in August last year.
The BharatPe board had earlier alleged Grover and his family of “extensive misappropriation” of company funds.
BharatPe says there is no change in this decision and the company will pursue all steps under the law to protect its right.
The fintech startup has also terminated the services of several employees.
