With this rollout, the Bhavish Aggarwal-led company is bringing a quick-commerce like experience to automobile purchases, allowing customers to complete their purchase online or at an Ola Electric store and take delivery of a fully registered vehicle on the same day.

The offering is part of the company’s broader Hyperservice initiative, which aims to provide a transparent, convenient and customer-first ownership experience. Under Hyperdelivery, customers can complete their purchase either online or at an Ola Electric store and take delivery of a fully registered vehicle on the same day.

“Hyperservice is about offering our customers world-class ownership experiences throughout their ownership journey. Hyperdelivery adds another layer of ease and convenience for customers who want to purchase our vehicles,” said an Ola Electric spokesperson.

As per the company, the move follows its decision earlier this year to bring the vehicle registration process completely in-house, allowing for a smoother and more efficient purchase-to-delivery journey.

“When we introduced it earlier this year, we completely changed the way Indians bought their vehicles. And today we start offering that same ease of ownership for customers who want our 4680 Bharat Cell powered vehicles. We have been able to do this because of our D2C and vertically integrated model that offers us a massive advantage,” the spokesperson added.

As part of its Hyperservice programme, Ola Electric has also rolled out an in-app service appointment feature nationwide, allowing customers to schedule vehicle servicing digitally. The company has further announced plans to scale Hyperservice into an open platform aimed at expanding EV servicing infrastructure across India.
