The new campus, located in Sector 129, Noida, is Adobe’s seventh office in India and its third facility in Uttar Pradesh. The office will house more than 700 employees across engineering and customer-facing functions, marking a significant investment in local talent and infrastructure.

“As the world is transformed by AI and agentic technologies, Adobe is at the forefront—reimagining what’s possible and shaping the future of innovation. Our mission to empower everyone to create remains central to this shift, with our teams in India playing a critical role in advancing Adobe’s AI-driven future,” said Abhigyan Modi. The company said the new facility has been designed as a technology-enabled collaborative workspace suited for the AI era. According to Swati Rustagi, the office aims to foster co-creation, collaboration, and employee engagement through thoughtfully designed workspaces and modern infrastructure.

Adobe also highlighted the campus’ sustainability credentials, noting that the building is IGBC Platinum-certified and incorporates environmentally responsible design, energy-efficient systems, and sustainable building practices.

Adobe began operations in India in 1997 as an engineering and R&D centre. Over the last 28 years, the company has expanded its presence significantly, with India now serving as Adobe’s largest workforce base outside the United States. The company currently employs more than 8,000 people in India, contributing to over one-third of Adobe’s global innovation efforts.

Earlier this year, Adobe expanded its India-focused AI and digital creativity initiatives by offering students across accredited institutions free access to tools such as Adobe Firefly, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat. The company also partnered with Airtel to provide Adobe Express Premium access to 360 million users across India.
