Hyderabad-based Jeh Aerospace has signed a long-term agreement with Liebherr-Aerospace & Transportation SAS to manufacture and supply high-precision components used in aircraft landing gear systems. 

Under the agreement, Jeh Aerospace will produce these critical parts at its Hyderabad facility. This will also make the company part of Liebherr-Aerospace’s global manufacturing network for commercial single-aisle aircraft programmes. 

Landing gear manufacturing: A complex process 

Landing gear manufacturing is one of the most complex areas in aerospace production. It requires extremely high precision, strict quality checks, and timely delivery without any disruption. Jeh Aerospace said it has already delivered over 200,000 flight-critical components so far without any quality issues. 

The agreement was finalised during a visit by senior leaders from Liebherr-Aerospace to Jeh’s Hyderabad facility. The visiting team included Martin Wandel, Philipp Walter, Bernd Schacherl, and Vikas Ukkeranda.
