Sanofi India's demerged entity, Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India, has reported a 28% year-on-year increase in Q2 revenue at ₹220.9 crore, supported by export operations and successful product launches. The sales growth for the quarter stood at 27.5% from Q1 2025 and 27.6% YoY from 2024.

The company's profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter reached ₹60.7 crore, a 21% increase over Q1 2025. For the first half of the fiscal year, Sanofi's sales of products stood at ₹393.5 crore, with PAT coming in at ₹110.7 crore.

Himanshu Bakshi, Managing Director, Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India, said in the quarter, the company successfully relaunched two previously recalled products and introduced a new product. "We also commenced export operations, allowing us to extend our efforts towards international markets. As we look ahead, we remain steadfast in our purpose to make self-care simpler, more accessible and effective for consumers.”

During the half year, the company launched Allegra D, a unique proposition in the Allergy segment, and also relaunched Depura 60k and Combiflam Suspension, which were recalled voluntarily last year.

Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India has emerged as a distinct legal entity following its demerger from Sanofi India. This demerger, executed under the Scheme of Arrangement, was sanctioned by the Mumbai bench of the National Company Law Tribunal and became effective on June 1, 2024.
