Prime Minister Narendra Modi is celebrating his 75th birthday today. India’s leading business figures have wished him good health and praised his vision for Viksit Bharat, on this occasion.
Mukesh Ambani, CMD, Reliance Industries Ltd, praised PM Modi for his vision and dedication for the country, in a video message.
“Today is a festive day for 1.45 billion Indians. It is the 75th birthday of our most respected and beloved Prime Minister Shri Narendra Bhai Modiji. On behalf of the entire business community of India, on behalf of the Reliance family and on behalf of the Ambani family, I convey my heartiest felicitations to Prime Minister Modiji. It is not a coincidence that Modiji’s Amrit Mahotsav is coming in Bharat’s Amrit Kaal. It is my deepest wish that Modiji should continue to serve India when independent India turns 100,” Ambani said.
Ambani added that he has never known a person as perseverant as PM Modi and wished him good health for coming years, to be able to lead the nation to becoming a ‘global superpower.’
“It is my good fortune that I have known him closely for more than 3 decades. I have never seen a leader who works so tirelessly for a better future for India and Indians. He first transformed Gujarat into an economic powerhouse. Now he is transforming the whole of India into a global superpower. I join all my 145 crore fellow Indians in wishing our Prime Minister a Happy Birthday, and praying for his continuous good health,” added Ambani.
Dr Sanjiv Goenka, Chairman, RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, also extended his wishes to Prime Minister Modi on his birthday.
“Wishing Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi a very happy birthday. May your vision continue to guide India to greater heights. Jug jug jiyo Pradhan Mantri ji,” he wrote.
Anand Mahindra, Chairman, Mahindra Group, praised PM Modi for his efforts in shaping India’s global identity.
“Honourable Prime Minister Ji, there can be no doubt about your love for India, and your firm resolve to enhance its identity worldwide. Your tireless hard work is visible to all of us Indians every day. Therefore, on your 75th birthday, we wish you everlasting good health and success in achieving your goals,” he wrote.
Meanwhile, Kumar Mangalam Birla, Chairman, Aditya Birla Group, also shared a video message for PM Modi, and praised his resolve to strengthen India’s economy.
“Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla reflects on his conversations with our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi exploring India’s journey of economic growth. He also recalls a gesture that left a lasting impression on the Birla family,” Aditya Birla Group wrote in a post with the video message on X.
“He always wants to know how the economy is, what should be done to get the private sector to invest more. If he asks you a question, he will very patiently listen to you,” Birla said in his video message.
Uday Kotak, Founder and Director, Kotak Mahindra Bank, shared one of his most memorable experiences with PM Modi in a long post on X, praising his execution and curiosity.
“One incident stands out clearly. During a meeting in Ahmedabad, he told me about his visit to Japan, where he had noticed braille trail on the roads leading up to the railway station. He explained how a visually impaired person could walk independently and safely using those tiles. He was so impressed by the idea that upon returning to Gujarat, he implemented the same concept at Kankariya in Ahmedabad, where it remains visible today,” Kotak recounted the incident.
“That small example shows his attention to detail, his focus on execution, and his commitment to inclusive development. Whenever he visited a foreign country, he was eager to learn best practices and adapt them for the betterment of Gujarat and India. This relentless hunger to learn, adapt, and improve continues to inspire his vision for India as a developed nation,” he added.
