The 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League held special meaning for Jain and Sheth. Not because they are cricket fanatics but because their 13-year-old startup was the title sponsor of the marquee cricket tournament. Another feather in the cap of what is already India’s first gaming unicorn, and claims to be the world’s largest fantasy sports platform with over 100 million users. Today, its parent Dream Sports comprises a host of sports brands, including content platform FanCode, experiences platform DreamSetGo, and payments arm DreamPay. The co-founders are also involved with the philanthropic Dream Sports Foundation.
