RIL says the Plaza's structure, inspired by the lotus flower and other elements of nature, has been designed by a collaboration between TVS, an international architecture and design firm in the United States, and the Reliance team.

"From a contemporary sculpture by Jitish Kallat welcoming visitors on the first level to the entertainment offerings on the third level, which include a multiplex theatre and a well-curated gourmet food emporium, as well as world-class restaurants, the Plaza aims to provide shoppers with a consummate retail experience," says RIL. It'll offer services like personal shopping assistance, VIP concierge, taxi-on-call, wheelchair services, hands-free shopping with baggage drop, butler service, and baby strollers.

Notably, Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC), which is RIL Foundation chairperson Nita Ambani’s dream project, was launched on March 31, 2023. Housed within Mumbai's Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), the centre claims to showcase the best of India’s art and culture to the world. NMACC aims to create an international destination in India for local art, artists, performers, and creators. The four-storeyed NMACC contains 16,000 square feet of purpose-built exhibition space and three theatres. The largest of these, a 2,000-seat Grand Theatre, includes an extraordinary and unique lotus-themed chandelier with 8,400 Swarovski crystals.

Jio World Garden, on the other hand, is a premium open-air turfed venue located in Bandra Kurla Complex. It has unique landscape, water fountains, lotus ponds, seating areas, and air trees, and is ideal for cultural, community and sporting events. With an area totalling 1,03,012 sq. m., Jio World Convention Centre is a venue for best-in-class exhibitions, conventions, meetings and social events.
