It were the initial days of Shipra in the company and a situation like this definitely became overwhelming for her. Shipra shares that these developments created various challenges for her as a prominent business leader in the QNet distribution network. But it was her trust in the company that helped her.

"I knew the company very well and had complete confidence in the people behind it. I saw that the company was constantly trying to do the right thing and had its heart in the right place." she says.

Talking about how she led her team in this difficult time Shipra says that she knew that despite the odds the company would eventually get through the difficult phase and hence remained fully committed to its network of distributors in India. With strong faith, she focused on supporting her team while she herself was being strongly supported by her key guys.

Shipra Neeraj further adds that so many people were going through double thoughts in this period but it transformed her into a strong leader. "I must say my commitment and hard work paid off and today I have one of the fastest growing teams in QNet with approximately thousands number of people spread across India, Dubai, Nepal, UK, and Thailand."

Apart from this, Shipra also faced challenges during her journey of being accepted as a leader. In a patriarchal society, her goals often got harder but thanks to her dedication and caliber, she managed to overcome all the negativity and emerged stronger.
