Gautam Adani-led Adani Energy Solutions has reported an 79.05% growth in its Jan-March quarter profit at ₹647.15 crore, up from ₹361 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The company's revenue for the said quarter grew 35.43% to ₹6,596.39 crore from ₹4,358.83 crore in the year-ago period.
Adani Energy said its Q4 adjusted PAT grew 48% to ₹566 crore, excluding a one-time regulatory income of ₹148 crore, the company said.
"The company remains focused on incremental project commissioning, significantly increasing meter installation as well as achieving operating efficiencies in all lines of businesses. The integrated business model and underlying power demand trends in our areas of operation are encouraging and complement our capital allocation policy,” said Kandarp Patel, CEO, Adani Energy Solutions.

For the full financial year, Adani Energy Solutions' net profit stood at ₹921 crore, down from ₹1,195.61 crore in FY24. Total income for the financial year surged to ₹24,446.55 crore in FY25 from ₹17,218.31 crore a year-ago period.
Out of total income, the service concession arrangement (SCA) income in FY25 was ₹5,064 crore against ₹858 crore in FY24. Adani Energy says the total income for FY25 was the "highest ever", driven by contributions from the recently commissioned transmission projects, robust energy sales in Mumbai and Mundra utilities, and contributions from the smart metering business.
The company says its capex in FY25 has increased by 2x to ₹11,444 crore, as against ₹5,613 crore in FY24. Overall, the company says the financial year saw unprecedented transmission bidding activity of ₹1,61,540 crore, with AESL’s market share at 28%. Its near-term tendering pipeline stands at ₹54,000 crore. Amid Q4 financial results, Adani Energy Solutions shares closed 2.58% up at ₹963 on Thursday.
