The Nobel Prize Dialogue, a globally renowned platform that brings Nobel laureates together with thought leaders to address the world’s pressing challenges, is set to debut in India this November. In an exclusive collaboration with the Tata Trusts, the 2025 edition will take place across two cities including Bengaluru and Mumbai, under the central theme of “The future we want.”
This marks the first time India will host the Nobel Prize Dialogue, reflecting the country’s growing influence in shaping global ideas around sustainability, innovation, and inclusive growth. The twin events will explore how investments in knowledge, creativity, and youth can help build a more equitable future, one that is deeply rooted in India’s intellectual heritage yet forward-looking in its ambition.
Nobel Prize Dialogue India 2025 will serve as a bridge between science and society, offering a platform for open exchange and fresh ideas at a time when global collaboration is more critical than ever.
The dialogues will feature Nobel laureates David MacMillan, recipient of the 2021 Nobel Prize in Chemistry, and James Robinson, who was awarded the 2024 Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences. They will be joined by a curated group of experts from science, business, and public policy.
The India edition is being organised in collaboration with Nobel Prize Outreach, the public engagement arm of the Nobel Foundation. Nobel Prize Dialogues have previously been held in countries including Japan, South Korea, Germany, and Brazil.
Through keynote addresses, panel discussions, and interactive forums, the event aims to spark cross-sector conversations and inspire the next generation of changemakers in India.
Details about event dates and venues in Bengaluru and Mumbai will be announced in the coming months.
