The survey seeks to capture public perspectives on key facets of national development spanning economic growth, welfare programs, infrastructure, digital initiatives, and other critical areas that have contributed to India’s ongoing transformation. The feedback collected via the NaMo App will help the government shape policies for the common man.

As per a report titled "Viksit Bharat Ka Amrit Kaal, Seva, Sushasan, Garib Kalyan ke 11 saal", the government says in the last 11 years, there has been a "paradigm shift in public service delivery and the implementation of government schemes using the JAM Trinity - Jan Dhan, Aadhaar, and Mobile".

Some of the key initiatives undertaken by the government include 81 crore people getting free food grains under PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana; over 15 crore households with tap water connections; over 4 crore houses completed under PMAY; 12 crore toilets built under Swachh Bharat; 68 lakh street vendors getting loans through PM SVANidhi; 52.5 crore loans to small entrepreneurs under MUDRA Yojana; and Constitutional status to the National Commission for Backward Classes, among others.
