Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh founded DLF in 1946 by developing 22 urban colonies in Delhi. The company set foot in Gurgaon in 1985 to create living and working spaces for the increasing number of professionals in the area. Today, the company has multiple residential, commercial, and retail properties to its name in 24 cities across 15 states in India. It has completed 112 residential projects over 11 cities while also having 4.81 million sq. ft. of retail space through malls like The Chanakya, DLF Promenade, DLF Cyberhub, and more. DLF Offices have been rated no. 1 in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) zero water certified by the US Green Building Council, and DLF Cyber City is the 1st LEED Platinum certified city and community in the world. DLF also incorporated 6 verticals within its hospitality range, which includes residences’ clubs, wellness studios, restaurants, hotels, lifestyle clubs, and golf courses.
