At 7:45 AM, the GIFT Nifty futures were trading higher by 262.5 points, or 1.05%, at 25,240, indicating a strong start for the Sensex and the Nifty50.

Here are the top stocks that will be in focus in today’s trade:

Oil stocks: Shares of oil marketing companies will be in focus as international crude oil prices declined by as much as 8% after U.S. President Donald Trump announced a ceasefire between Israel and Iran.

Dixon Technologies : Sunil Vachani, the promoter of the company, sold a 2.77% stake in the domestic contract manufacturing company via an open market deal on Monday.

Tata Motors : The auto major has revealed the launch prices of its all-electric SUV, the Harrier.ev.

Cochin Shipyard : The state-owned company’s subsidiary, Hooghly Cochin Shipyard Limited (Hooghly CSL), has secured an order valued between ₹100 crore and ₹250 crore from Heritage River Journeys Private Ltd, which operates under the brand Antara River Cruises.

Sona BLW Precision : The automotive technology company has appointed Jeffrey Mark Overly as the new chairperson of its board of directors, and Priya Sachdev Kapur as an additional non-executive director. The board also designated late Sunjay Kapur as ‘Chairman Emeritus’.

Larsen & Toubro : The engineering and construction major has listed India’s first ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) bonds on the NSE, raising ₹500 crore through non-convertible debentures (NCDs).

HG Infra Engineering : The company has emerged as the lowest bidder for an infrastructure project at the Naval Dockyard in Mumbai.

Devyani International : The quick service restaurant operator, which runs KFC, Pizza Hut, and Costa Coffee, unveiled plans to raise its equity stake in Sky Gate Hospitality Private Limited from 80.72% to around 86.13% by making a fresh investment of up to ₹106.25 crore.

Acme Solar Holdings: The company has obtained refinancing of ₹1,072 crore for its 250 MW operational solar project in Rajasthan.

Bemco Hydraulics: The board of the company will meet on June 30 to consider a stock split and bonus issue.

JSW Energy : The company said that the committee of creditors has approved its settlement proposal for KSK Water Infrastructures.
