Ambani family to serve 51,000 villagers in Anna Seva ritual

In a display of tradition and community spirit, the Ambani family has initiated the ritual of Anna Seva, a community food service, in the villages surrounding Reliance's Jamnagar township. It is a prelude to the forthcoming pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. The Anna Seva aims to serve 51,000 residents over the next few days in villages around Jamnagar.

At Jogvad village, near the Reliance township, the Ambani family, including Mukesh Ambani, Anant Ambani, Radhika Merchant, Viren Merchant, Shaila Merchant, and Radhika's grandmother, personally served a traditional Gujarati dinner to the community.

After dinner, the attendees were invited to experience the traditional folk music performance called Dayaro, by Gujarati singer, Kirtidan Gadhvi.

The highly anticipated pre-wedding celebrations of Anant and Radhika have become a major topic of discussion this year. Scheduled to take place at the Ambani Estate in Gujarat’s Jamnagar from March 1 to 3, the festivities are to offer an culinary experiences. The Jardin Hotel stated the three-day menu will showcase around 2,500 dishes, encompassing a diverse global selection such as Thai, Japanese, Mexican, Parsi, and Pan Asian cuisines.
