Born in Kasaragod and brought up in Goa, he is a civil engineer by training. After his graduation, he took over his family business, Kudroli Builders & Infrastructures Pvt Ltd. In two years, the young entrepreneur has completed projects worth over millions. His life mantra is to build an empire and give more than he gets. Idolising his father’s business ethics, Hafeez aims to walk on the path of Ratan Tata and thrive for excellence in all spheres of life.

Hafeez has had entrepreneurial genes in him since the beginning, thanks to his father, who is a successful business owner. His early inclination to the world of business took Hafeez deeper into it and today he has created a niche for himself in the industry.

Talking about his initial journey into entrepreneurship, he says, “As I finished my education, I entered into my family infrastructure business under ‘Kudroli Builders and Infrastructures’. And then slowly to diversify my business interests, I started with Kudroli World and my first project under it was ‘The Lapel’ which caters to designer clothes for weddings and parties and corporate suits.”

The things that make Hafeez Kudroli stand apart from other entrepreneurs is the fact that he considers people working at his company as his biggest strength. Calling it the people’s company, he stated that the employees work passionately, which makes Kudroli World one of the best business conglomerates of the globe.

With vast expertise and experience, Hafeez looks forward to making Kudroli World a pan-India enterprise. He is all set to explore different categories including event management, financial services and baby nourishment services. It has 13 different subsidiaries under it, which will eventually grow in the coming years.

Apart from being a successful business tycoon, this young man is also a social entrepreneur at heart and through his Foundation he is working for the upliftment of the poor and to educate them. Kudroli Foundation aims to educate at least 5,000 students in the coming year. He wants to make a difference in the world with whatever he can do, which itself is an achievement.
