Entrepreneurship runs in the brothers’ blood. Their father, Anil Malhotra, ran a successful IT education business when he was 23. His sons launched a seed-stage incubator called Investopad in 2014 with their savings of $250,000, and generated an internal rate of return of 138%. The duo became full-time investors in 2019 when they launched Good Capital, an early-stage $25 million fund, to invest $100,000 to $2 million in pre-seed to Series A funding rounds. Their sector-agnostic portfolio includes social commerce platforms Meesho and SimSim.
