Mahindra launched the new XUV 7XO, starting at a price of ₹13.66 lakh, and going up to ₹24.11 Lakh (ex-showroom). The XUV 7XO is a successor to the XUV 700, which has had over 300,000 customers since its launch in 2021. These are introductory prices applicable to the first 40,000 customer deliveries. The automatic transmission is available at an additional ₹1.45 lakh, and the all-wheel-drive variant is priced at ₹2.45 lakh extra.
The XUV 7XO offers advanced features starting from the base variant. The AX variant, featuring Coast-to-Coast 31.24 cm Triple HD screens, Intelligent ADRENOX, Wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay, Alexa Built-in with ChatGPT, Cruise Control, Push Button Start/Stop, and 75 safety features—all as standard.
Design: Full-width grille, Bi-LED projector headlamps with DRLs, LED taillamps, 19-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, and a high-gloss black exterior finish.
Technology: 31.24 cm triple HD screens across the dashboard, 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, 540-degree camera with recording, Level 2 ADAS, electrochromic IRVM, memory ORVMs with reverse tilt, and keyless approach unlock and walk-away lock.

Mahindra claims that the SUV can clock 0-60 km/h in under 5 seconds (Petrol MT variant). The 7XO offers a choice of 6-speed manual or 6-speed torque-converter automatic transmission, features a first-in-segment all-wheel-drive system, includes drive modes—Zip, Zap and Zoom—with a custom setting, and uses a McPherson strut front and multi-link independent rear suspension with frequency-selective damping and a stabiliser bar.
The SUV comes with a 6-way powered driver seat with memory and welcome retract, a 6-way powered co-driver seat with 4-way electric boss mode, front and rear ventilated seats, and comfort seats with high-density foam and added plush padding. It also features multi-zone ambient lighting, soft-touch leatherette on the dashboard and seats, wireless chargers for both front and rear with active cooling, a first-in-segment Intelli Command Centre, dual-zone fully automatic climate control with a quiet mode, an acoustic solar windscreen, and retractable rear sunshades.
The XUV 7XO, continuing with the same silhouette, is now loaded with a sharper facelift with an all-new grille, black finish and jewel-like talon accents. It has Bi-LED projector headlamps with DRLs, diamond-inspired clear lens LED taillamps, while featuring first-in-segment Exposed ice-cube fog lamps & cornering lamps. The SUV stands on R19 Diamond-cut alloy wheels.
The SUV is equipped with over 120 safety features, with 75 offered as standard, including six airbags, ESP with EBD, and hill descent control. It gets Level 2 ADAS with Sense+ covering 17 functions, first-in-segment ADAS visualisation, a 540-degree surround-view camera, and has been engineered for a 5-star Bharat NCAP rating.
Safety is further supported by seven airbags, including curtain airbags extending to the third row, driver drowsiness alert, a frameless electrochromic IRVM with memory ORVMs and reverse auto-tilt, an electronic parking brake with auto hold, digital video recording, first-in-segment auto-booster headlamps with high-beam assist, and a tyre pressure monitoring system with learning capability.
In terms of tech features, the 7XO features first-in-segment 31.24 cm coast-to-coast HD triple screens, an ADRENOX+ infotainment system powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155P chipset, and a 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system with 3D surround sound and VenueScapes Live, along with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos support.
It also offers bring-your-own-device support with theatre mode, Alexa built-in with ChatGPT integration, 49 pre-installed Fun&Work apps, approach unlock and walk-away lock, reverse tilt for the outside rear-view mirrors, 93 connected car features via the Adrenox app, first-in-segment GrooveMe, and a carbon filter with VR LED and air quality index display.
