Adani Green Energy said on Tuesday that its net profit has risen 25% to ₹644 crore for the quarter ended September 30, as it reports a 20% rise in revenue from power supply to ₹2,308 crore. Its revenue, on the other hand, declined 4.3% to ₹3,249 crore in the quarter under review.

Its operational capacity has increased by 49% year-over-year to 16.7 gigawatts in the first half of FY26 and is on track to achieve the 50-gigawatt target. “Having already added 2.4 GW renewable energy capacity in the first half of FY26, we are on a firm path to 5 GW capacity addition in FY26 and reaching our targeted capacity of 50 GW by 2030. With relentless efforts by our team, we are making steady progress in our largest ongoing development of a 30 GW renewable energy plant at Khavda in Gujarat,” Ashish Khanna, CEO, Adani Green Energy, in a statement.

According to Khanna, the operational capacity of Adani Green Energy continues to be the largest in India. “We produced 19.6 billion units of clean power—enough to supply a country like Croatia for an entire year,” he added.

The energy sales of Adani Green Energy increased 39% year-over-year to 4,452 megawatts, on the back of capacity additions and strong operational performance. It is also steadily progressing in the development of the 30-gigawatt renewable energy plant at Khavda in Gujarat. Currently, the operational portfolio at Khavda stands at 7.1 gigawatts of solar, wind, and hybrid capacity. It is on track to achieve 30 gigawatts of renewable energy capacity in Khavda by 2029.

In the first half of FY26, the revenue from power supply increased 26% year-over-year to ₹6088 crore, whereas the Ebitda from power supply increased 25% year-over-year to ₹5,651 crore, exceeding the annual Ebitda of FY23.

The solar portfolio capacity utilisation factor, a key performance metric, was 24.8%, backed by 99% plant availability. The wind portfolio, on the other hand, CUF at 37.8%, supported by 95.2% plant availability, with new wind capacity in Khavda contributing 40%. The hybrid portfolio CUF at 39.1% backed by 98.2% plant availability.

Adani Green Energy shares closed 1.19% lower on Monday to ₹1,005 apiece.
