Leveraging India’s largest dealer network and its charging partners’ network, the company is ensuring that EV charging points are available at an average distance of 5–10 kilometres at key locations in the top 100 cities of India, he said.
Banerjee further said that DC fast chargers are located at regular intervals along key highways to enable nationwide driving freedom for prospective EV customers. To further enhance peace of mind, the auto major has deployed a 1.5 lakh-strong, specially trained EV workforce to cater to customer needs. It has also activated 1,500+ EV-ready service workshops across 1,100 cities to meet after-sales requirements and support EV ownership across the country.

With the ‘e drive’, we aim to boost user confidence and accelerate EV adoption, working alongside the nation’s sustainability goals for net zero,” Banerjee added.
