The Indian gaming industry has a workforce of 50,000 employees, of these 30% or 15,000 employees are programmers and developers.

Moreover, with the increasing participation of women in the gaming industry which accounts for more than 40%, more women are likely to occupy leadership roles in the gaming industry.
