NoBroker’s conversational AI suite, Convozen.AI, has launched a new platform that allows businesses to build agentic bots for WhatsApp without any coding, and deploy them within 10 minutes.
As per the Bengaluru-based real estate startup, these AI agents can engage with customers through both voice and chat on the social messaging platform, in multiple languages, and are capable of handling complex interactions with contextual memory and decision-making capabilities. The company, however, did not reveal the number of languages which the agents can be deployed in.
The platform leverages Meta’s WhatsApp Business API to integrate voice and chat services into a single customer interface.
Companies can now deploy bots that function entirely on WhatsApp, providing customer support through voice calls, chats, or a mix of both. This gives businesses a chance to shift customer support entirely on WhatsApp, expanding access and for 24x7. These AI agents are designed to simulate human conversation, complete with multilingual capabilities and the ability to manage end-to-end customer journeys.
“With Agentic AI, we’re no longer just answering customer queries. We’re anticipating needs, resolving friction, and elevating the experience to a new standard,” said Akhil Gupta, Founder, Convozen and Co-founder & CPTO of NoBroker, in a statement.
While most e-commerce giants and established internet-first businesses have built such bots, the no-code capability of the platform will enable MSMEs also offer human-less agent support. Bots can operate around the clock, handling queries at scale and with high accuracy. Businesses that have piloted the solution report increased user engagement and faster query resolution.
“What’s most exciting is that these bots speak the customer’s language literally and figuratively as they are able to switch between languages like people do in normal speech. They work 24/7 without fatigue or inconsistency. This frees up our human agents to focus on complex, value-driven conversations rather than repetitive, mundane tasks,” Gupta added.
NoBroker, which originally developed Convozen for its own operations, uses the platform to manage over 5,000 daily WhatsApp voice interactions across services like rentals, home loans, and cleaning. Since adopting the AI bots, the company claims to have doubled its customer satisfaction scores while maintaining headcount. Meta showcased NoBroker’s use of Convozen at a recent industry summit.
Previously, businesses relied on traditional telephony or basic chat tools for customer engagement, often hindered by poor call quality and low pickup rates due to spam concerns.
The platform is already being used by companies in retail, banking, healthcare, and other sectors. While specific performance metrics from these industries were not disclosed, early adopters report improved efficiency and reduced operational costs.
