Discover the all-new Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge — a razor-thin, titanium-built mobile powerhouse. Explore the S25 Edge features, specs, and expected Samsung S25 Edge price in India. The Galaxy S25 Edge is Samsung’s slimmest flagship yet.
As smartphones keep getting bulkier and heavier, South Korean giant Samsung has flipped the script. Introducing the all-new Galaxy S25 Edge, the new smartphone boasts of being razor-thin, titanium-built powerhouse that's just 5.8mm thick and weighs a mere 163 grams.
As Samsung notes in its release, despite being slim, don’t think it cannot pack a punch. This is not a stripped-down version of a flagship—it is the flagship, reimagined.
Samsung officially pulled the curtains off the Galaxy S25 Edge today, billing it as a category-defining addition to the Galaxy S series.
Talking about the launch, TM Roh, President and Acting Head of the Device eXperience (DX) Division at Samsung Electronics, said: “Galaxy S25 Edge is more than a slim smartphone. The superior engineering that brought this revolutionary smartphone to life illustrates a commitment to overcoming barriers that helps Galaxy deliver truly unexpected premium experiences for people around the world.”
Slimmer, stronger, smarter
Wrapped in a precision-milled titanium body and fortified by the new Corning® Gorilla® Glass Ceramic 2, the S25 Edge is, in the words of Samsung, a ‘formidable piece of engineering,’ built to be both pocketable and durable.
The smartphone’s refined and graceful design is meant not just to be aesthetics, but instead is the seamless coming together of engineering and art, that brings both form as well as function into a sharp harmony.
Despite its ultra-slim form, Samsung hasn’t compromised on resilience. The edges are optimally curved for better grip, while the titanium chassis gives it a sturdy backbone fit for everyday wear and tear.
200MP of pocket-sized creative power
The S25 Edge comes equipped with a 200MP wide-angle camera that promises pro-grade shots, even in low light. Powered by Galaxy’s AI-driven ProVisual Engine, Nightography takes a serious leap forward with over 40% improved brightness in dim environments. Adding to that is a 12MP ultra-wide lens, that comes with autofocus for macro magic. With such a power-packed camera setup, you’ve got a studio in your pocket already!
AI features like Audio Eraser and Drawing Assist—fan favourites from the S25 lineup—have made their way here as well, seamlessly blending AI creativity with practical tools for everyday use. Whether you’re editing a podcast or sketching on a photo, the S25 Edge turns creative ideas into reality.
No compromise on performance
Once you lift the hood, you’ll notice the Galaxy S25 Edge runs on the Snapdragon® 8 Elite Mobile Platform for Galaxy—a custom chip from Qualcomm designed to maximise on-device AI.
For visuals, the S25 Edge has tapped into Samsung’s custom ProScaler and mobile Digital Natural Image engine (mDNIe) to deliver a 40% boost in display image scaling quality. The end result: a screen that does justice to your high-resolution photos and 4K content without draining performance.
A truly intelligent companion
The S25 Edge is more than smart—it’s context-aware. Thanks to Galaxy AI, users get a digital companion that evolves with them.
“Thanks to Galaxy’s deep integration with Google, Galaxy S25 Edge brings Gemini’s latest advancements to more users. For example, with Gemini Live’s7 new camera and screen sharing abilities, users can show Gemini Live what they see on their screen or in the world around them while simultaneously interacting with it in a live conversation,” Samsung noted.
Samsung S25 Edge will come packed in a series of beautiful and eye-catching colours, including Titanium Silver, Titanium Jetblack and Titanium Icyblue.
According to Samsung, the pre-orders have started for the Galaxy S25 Edge. The price of the smartphone starts from Rs 1,09,999. Customers who are pre-ordering the phone will receive a free storage upgrade worth Rs 12,000, Samsung said in a statement. Customers can also avail a no-cost EMI option of upto 9 months on the smartphone.
