Business process services provider Firstsource Solutions Ltd, an RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group company, has launched the Agentic AI Studio, part of its Firstsource relAI suite of AI-powered platforms, solutions, and services. The Agentic AI Studio breaks down human work into specialised tasks executed by AI-driven agents, enhancing efficiency and precision through collective intelligence.

The company says Agentic AI Studio follows Firstsource’s UnBPO directive, which aims to integrate AI into operations in order to reimagine the Who (employees, gig workers, AI agents), How (task allocation), and What (skills) of the future of work.

Ritesh Idnani, MD & CEO, said, “The Agentic AI Studio marks a defining moment in our mission to deliver transformative technology solutions that drive real business impact... More than just bridging the gap between innovation and real-world application, Agentic AI Studio ensures responsible, ethical AI deployment."

The Studio features prebuilt AI task models, AI agents, and workflows tailored for industry-specific solutions. It is AI model family-agnostic, offering flexibility and future-proofing enterprises. It includes four modules: Xplore, Evaluate, Weave, and Monitor.

Hasit Trivedi, Chief Digital & AI Officer, added, “True transformation requires a structured reimagination of business processes... With Agentic AI Studio, we are accelerating the development of industry-specific agentic solutions that empower our customers to hit the ground running on day one and realise rapid value.”

Firstsource last year announced its operations in Australia and New Zealand, where the company will create over 400 new local jobs over the next five years.

Firstsource has also tied up with tech major Microsoft for digital transformation services. It had also acquired a U.K.-based customer experience outsourcing firm Ascensos a few months back, strengthening Firstsource's expansion into the retail sector. Firstsource Solutions is strengthening its capabilities in the retail and e-commerce sectors by integrating Ascensos' deep domain knowledge in retail, combined with Firstsource's technological strength and global reach. The collaboration also aligns with the retail heritage of the RPSG Group, which owns thriving brands like Spencer’s, Nature’s Basket, and Quest.
