The highly anticipated pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant have become a major topic of discussion this year, and recent updates have only added to the grandeur of the event. Scheduled to take place at the Ambani Estate in Gujarat’s Jamnagar from March 1 to 3, the festivities are rumoured to offer an opulent culinary experience.
During the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Convention in Indore last month, Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared Indore as the "capital of taste," contributing to the surge in popularity of Indori flavours. Now, the distinguished guests attending the Anant-Radhika pre-wedding ceremony can indulge in these flavours alongside a diverse array of global delicacies.

As per reports, the head of The Jardin Hotel stated the three-day menu will showcase around 2,500 dishes, encompassing a diverse global selection such as Thai, Japanese, Mexican, Parsi, and Pan Asian cuisines. Notably, there will be a particular emphasis on featuring Indori cuisine.
The extensive menu will consist of four meals each day, starting with a breakfast spread of 75 dishes, followed by a lunch offering of over 225 items, a dinner selection of around 275 dishes, and a midnight meal featuring more than 85 items, lasting from midnight until 4 am. The midnight meal has been specially curated for the foreign guests, and all dishes will be prepared under stringent guidelines, ensuring that no item is repeated across the 12 different meals served over the three days.
The hospitality team requested guests to communicate any dietary preferences or restrictions they may have, ensuring personalised care for their individual needs.
A team of 65 chefs, including 20 women chefs, along with four trucks loaded with ingredients, will travel from Indore to Jamnagar for this culinary extravaganza. Additionally, a dedicated Indore Sarafa food counter will be set up, featuring renowned items such as Indori kachoris, poha jalebi, bhutte ki kees, khopra patties, upma, and other authentic dishes showcasing the distinct flavours of Indore.
The pre-wedding celebrations of Anant and Radhika, extending over three days, will include five events. The festivities, which will be graced by numerous distinguished individuals, are set to host 1,000 guests, with notable figures like Bill Gates and Melinda Gates among them.
