Leading luxury beauty brand L’Oréal Paris has teamed up with Tira, Reliance Retail’s pioneering beauty platform, for Paris Fashion Week. As part of this exclusive collaboration, the two companies has unveiled 'Runway to Paris', an initiative who main aim is to highlight future of Indian fashion and beauty.
As per the statement released jointly, the two brands said that the initiative Runway to Paris is a seamless amalgamation of 'Parisian allure with India’s creative pulse.'
"[It seeks to] reimagine how fashion and beauty come together in storytelling. The platform celebrated inclusivity, individuality, and artistic innovation, with students from across the country participating to showcase their looks. It offered India’s young talent an unprecedented opportunity to present their creativity while bringing the magic of Paris Fashion Week closer to home," the two companies said in a statement.

2025 is shaping up to be the year of electric car sales. The brands also mention that Runway to Paris has been conceived as a contest, and culminated in a grand finale in Mumbai. In this finale, eight teams came up and presented their looks in front of a jury and an audience that comprised of leaders from the world of beauty, fashion and luxury.
"As part of the global theme “Walk Your Worth” from The L’Oréal Paris global show Le Défilé, the showcase highlighted individuality, inclusivity, and empowerment, positioning beauty as an equal partner to fashion in storytelling. Each look was complemented by the newly launched Infallible Laque Resistance Liquid Lipstick by L’Oréal Paris, weaving in the campaign thought “What’s Your Shine Statement” - a celebration of confidence and self-expression through high-shine colour," the statement added.
The companies stated that the evening of Runway in Paris culminated with the unveiling of the winning team, which, as part of its prize, will attend the Le Défilé at Paris Fashion Week in Paris.
"This once-in-a-lifetime experience reinforces the role of L’Oréal Paris X Tira in providing Indian talent with a global platform and bringing consumers closer to the magic of Le Défilé at Paris Fashion Week," the statement said.
Speaking about the initiative, Dario Zizzi, General Manager, L’Oréal Paris India, said: “Runway to Paris is more than just a showcase – it’s a movement that celebrates creativity, inclusivity, and empowerment. By spotlighting upcoming Indian designers on a global stage, we are proud to bring the spirit of Le Défilé closer to home while inspiring consumers to embrace their own shine.”
