Here are key stocks to watch:

One 97 Communications: Paytm’s parent reported revenue growth of 5% quarter-on-quarter, reaching ₹1,911 Cr in Q4FY25, including UPI incentives of ₹70 crore. The net loss narrowed by ₹185 Cr QoQ to ₹23 Cr in Q4 FY25, excluding a one-time exceptional ESOP charge of ₹522 Cr.

Shriram Finance : The board of the NBFC has approved the acquisition of 31.66 lakh equity shares of Shriram Overseas Investments for ₹50.11 crore, at ₹158.28 per share from Shriram Investments Holdings (SIHPL).

BSE: The stock exchange has reported a 362% jump in its net profit to ₹494.4 crore, while revenue surged 75% YoY to ₹846.6 crore for Q4 FY25. The board also recommended a dividend of ₹23 per share.

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL): The PSU oil company posted a 11% growth in its net profit at ₹3,355 crore, while its revenue fell by 0.9% to ₹1,09,492.4 crore for Q4FY25.

Prestige Estates Projects : The company has said that its Prestige City project in Indirapuram (U.P.) has achieved sales of over ₹3,000 crore across 1,200 units within a week of its launch.

Restaurant Brands Asia : The Board of the company has approved the appointment of Sumit Zaveri as the interim chief financial officer of the company, effective May 6.

GP Petroleums : The company has signed an agreement with West Coast Oils LLP to set up a joint venture company for the manufacturing and trading of specialty bitumen products and other allied commodities.

Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GMDC) : The company has inked a long-term supply agreement (LSA) with City Gold Pipes (a consortium of Goldcrest Cement and Kailash Darshan Housing Development (Gujarat)) for the supply of 150 million tons of limestone over a period of 40 years.

NLC India : The company has entered into a deal with IREL (India) to cooperate and collaborate on the development (mining, excavation, refining, etc.) of mutually agreed assets of critical minerals, including rare earth elements (REE), by acquiring assets or sourcing raw materials domestically or internationally.
