Paul announced her mid-market concept, Zone By the Park, last year, to fill the demand for quality hotels in tier II and tier III cities, such as Jaipur, Raipur, Coimbatore, and Dehradun. The first set of properties under the brand—Paul has signed up five so far— are expected to be operational soon, under the management-contract model. Flury’s, the company’s iconic Kolkata-based tearoom, has also been revamped and is now in Navi Mumbai and Hyderabad as well as at the Kolkata airport. By 2015, it will open in Bangalore, Chennai, and New Delhi.
