Practo recorded a revenue of Rs 210 crore and a loss of Rs 191 crore in FY17. That’s a loss of Rs 90 for Rs 100 earned. Last year, ICICI Lombard launched a health insurance app, IL Take Care, in partnership with Practo. The OPD insurance solutions are provided by Practo's partners, ICICI Lombard and Max Bupa. IL TakeCare customers can also buy medicines at discounted rates. Besides India, Practo operates in Brazil, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore.
