Anita Dongre, 

Having made her mark in India with 100 stores, Dongre is now looking West. Her first venture abroad started with a store in Mauritius under the label Global Desi, which Dongre describes as “Indian prints with a boho chic gypsy effect”. Sales have also grown by 50% every year for the past four years. What’s keeping her the busiest now is building a 180,000 sq. ft. factory, which will serve as her headquarters.
