Reddy, who moved back to California after running the world’s best-known social media platform in India, says "culture can eat strategy for breakfast. Get it right and the business results come." During her last few months in India, Reddy steered the Menlo Park-based company to partner with Mondelēz for a Cadbury milk chocolate promotion and a pre-launch campaign for the new Ford Endeavour that reached out to 12 million smartphone users. Other efforts by Reddy included hiring a new business marketing manager and setting up offices in Gurgaon. She was also responsible for finding her successor in India.
