Despite operating in the highly competitive hospitality sector, The Park Hotels has been grow - ing under Paul. The hospitality arm of the Apeejay Surrendra Group, which operates 2,004 rooms across 23 hotels under three brands, plans to build 12 hotels, or 1,289 rooms, across the country. Keeping in mind the fast-evolving hospitality market, the hotel chain launched a new brand in 2014, Zone by The Park, primarily focussing on tier 2 and tier 3 markets. Today, the brand has properties in Jodhpur, Jammu, Raipur, Jaipur, and Co - imbatore, among other locations.
