Anita Arjundas, 

She has been with Mahindra Lifespace for 16 years and the past nine years as managing director of the company. Under her leadership, the firm has an impressive more than 23 million sq. ft. of completed, ongoing and forthcoming residential projects, with over 10,000 customers, consolidating Mahindra Lifespace’s position as one of the major players in India’s realty sector. She was instrumental in the company’s foray into the affordable housing space with projects in Chennai and Mumbai. She is one of the founding members that built Mahindra World City in Chennai. Her stint with the company ends on September 30. Arjundas will now focus on her passion of working in the development and social sector.
