Moreover, FY18 saw the firm strike some marquee deals, including Schneider Electric’s $2 billion acquisition of Larsen & Toubro’s electrical and automation business—the biggest acquisition in the industrial sector by a foreign entity—and Idea Cellular’s $1 billion stake sale in Indus Towers to the merged entity of Infratel and Indus.
