As on June 30, 2020, the bank’s CASA ratio stood at 56.7% of total deposits—among the industry’s highest. Under Ekambaram, the bank continued to see strong growth and adoption of digital channels, payments, and products. During the Covid-19 lockdown, her bank managed to keep 95% of its branches open.
